Celebrate the Autumn Moon Festival and join us for a hands-on brush painting workshop with Asian Art Museum docent and artist Pauline Tsui. In this workshop, Pauline will demonstrate how to paint flowers, fruits, and Chinese zodiac animals. Each participant will learn basic brush strokes and create a painting to take home.
Bio: Pauline Tsui has studied traditional Chinese brush painting since the age of 11. Later she received a BA Degree in Practice of Art from Mills College and an AAS Degree in Design from New York's Fashion Institute of Technology. She brings a sensitivity to her painted works that reflect both eastern and western influences.
