Come learn breathing and meditation techniques that help improve blood flow, oxygenation to the brain, and regulation of hormones. The intention of these workshops is to improve both physical and emotional health. There are no prerequisites for attending. Sessions are lead by Indy Rishi Singh. He has studied with accomplished psychiatrists, yogis, scientists, Gurus, academic researchers, shamans, and renowned storytellers.
