Interested in learning how to do yoga or already have a practice and want to join others in your community for free online sessions? Join certified yoga instructors for accessible well-rounded vinyasa-inspired flow yoga and chair yoga classes on alternating Thursdays from 11:30-12:30. Sessions will focus on relieving stress and rejuvenating your body!
Chair yoga uses the chair as a prop for support (standing or seated). These classes will begin with centering, followed by yoga warm-ups, yoga postures, concentration & breathing exercises, guided relaxation, and meditation. Chair yoga is accessible to any level of health or mobility. As you practice, you’ll receive the benefits of increased flexibility, physical and mental strength, energy, clarity, overall health, and peace.
Sign up to get reminders for either chair, vinyasa, or both sessions. If you’re unable to attend from 11:30-12:30, after the class we’ll send registrants a private Youtube link to watch the yoga session at a time that’s convenient for you. Sessions will be recorded, but not shared publicly and will remain online for two weeks.
