Gentle Chair Yoga

Description

Interested in learning how to do yoga or already practicing and want to join others in your community for free online sessions? Join certified yoga instructors for accessible well-rounded vinyasa-inspired flow yoga and chair yoga classes on alternating Thursdays from 11:30 AM -12:30 PM. Sessions will focus on relieving stress and rejuvenating your body!

The vinyasa flow workshops involve more physically-demanding work, and options will be offered to make them accessible for all. Sessions will focus on relieving stress and rejuvenating your body.

Sign up to get reminders for either chair, vinyasa, or both sessions. If you cannot attend from 11:30 AM -12:30 PM, after the class, we’ll send registrants a private YouTube link to watch the yoga session at a convenient time. Sessions will be recorded but not shared publicly and will only remain online for two weeks.
