Master Gardeners: Fall Vegetable Gardening and Seed Swap

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Millbrae

Description

Hear from a Master Gardener about Edible Food Growing in the Fall. Afterwards, let's grow together with a Seed Swap at the library! Bring your seeds and cuttings and swap, share or take new seedlings to start growing your garden.

In this session you will learn how to prepare for a successful veggie garden this fall. Whether you plant in containers, in raised beds, or in the ground this workshop will cover keys to success. We will also provide a planting chart unique to each microclimate showing what you can grow when. This session will help both first time gardeners or those with experience to create a great fall harvest!

Registration is requested but not required - drop-ins are welcome.
You can sign up for the Master Gardener's newsletter here.
