Are you interested in learning how to do yoga or already practicing and want to join others in your community? Join us as we welcome yoga instructor Diksha Gupta to the Millbrae Library for a Restorative Yoga class.
These classes are designed to help students learn to ride the waves of breath, continually aligning breath and body into a rhythmic flow of consciousness, helping students deepen their yoga practice, increasing flexibility and strength and cultivating a sense of inner peace and harmony.
All levels are welcome!
We'll hold this class every 2nd and 4th Tuesday at the Millbrae Library's Community Room.
Please bring your own water and yoga mat.
