Events › Reading Buddies Drop-In

Want to practice your reading? The Reading Buddies program helps students in kindergarten - 3rd grade who have challenges with reading. Kids can drop-in to be paired on the spot with a friendly local high school student volunteer. These volunteers will read aloud with you and help you with your language skills. English learners are welcome too! Each child will be given a chart to track how many books they listened to or read. The more books you read, the more prizes (bookmarks, stickers, cute pencils) a child will win! Drop in anytime during the session and stay as long as you wish.
