This class will discuss what is needed to have success in growing vegetables in your area. We will learn about soil, pest issues, microclimates and specific planting lists for the microclimate.

Karen Flores graduated from the MG program in 2022, however, she has been gardening all her life. She is a member of the Master Gardener soils team and volunteers at Mission Farms where they grow vegetables and fruit to donate to food banks. She enjoys growing vegetables, fruits and flowers year-round in her garden.
