Adults, join us for a fun and active Zumba fitness workshop at the Belmont Library led by instructor Vicky. Be sure to bring comfortable clothing, comfortable tennis shoes, a small towel, and water to stay hydrated. Please register to participate.
Zumba® is a fitness class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba® uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaetón, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and hip-hop. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body. Zumba® is often promoted as a dance party; the type of exercise you’ll want to do every day.
