HIP Housing helps both workers and residents within San Mateo County find and maintain affordable housing so that they can live up to their best potential. HIP Housing has been around for over 50 years and has been assisting the community in navigating the Bay Area's complex housing field. Kevin Joyner, a HIP Housing Home Sharing Program Specialist, is excited to discuss with you HIP Housing's various social housing programs and properties that the organization has to offer.

HIP Housing is a non-profit organization. Their mission is to invest in human potential by improving the housing and lives of people in San Mateo County and enable people with special needs, either from income or circumstance, to live independent, self-sufficient lives in decent, safe, low-cost homes.
