Join Yael Levy for an exciting Zine Making workshop!

In this workshop, we will learn a few different ways to make mini zines from a single sheet of paper. What is a zine? It is essentially DIY mini book making, from content, through layout to cover design. Kids will make their own little reproducible comics they can share!

Yael is a mixed media artist, storyteller, printmaker and art teacher based in Berkeley, CA. Yael draws, paints, collages, and writes. Yael often self-publishes their work and sometimes prints and binds it by hand. Yael's work has been published by The Nib (2018), Birdy Magazine (2019) and Forward Comix (2017 & 2020).
