In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Month, join sustainable artist Leila Ghasempor for a hands-on Kanzashi workshop. Discover the beautiful tradition of Japanese fabric flower folding and learn how to craft your own piece of wearable art to take home. This relaxing, creative class is a wonderful opportunity to learn a new skill and explore cultural heritage. No prior sewing or crafting experience is required.

Due to high demand, we ask that community members sign up for a single occurrence of this series so that as many community members as possible can participate in this experience. Registration is required to attend.
