Events › Peninsula Ukulele Group: Open Rehearsals

The Flea St Band is the house band for the Peninsula Ukulele Group. They lead songs and host a monthly ukulele play and sing-along session at the San Carlos Library. They will now open their monthly afternoon rehearsal sessions to the Peninsula Ukulele Group and the San Carlos community to participate. The songs rehearsed are typically beginner to intermediate level, with some optional riffs and fingerpicking. Knowledge of basic ukulele chords, reading tablature and chord diagrams is helpful. These sessions are not a formal lesson, but they can provide lessons occasionally. The sessions are casual, low-stress and always fun! All levels and instruments are welcome - you can also join to sing along if you don’t play an instrument. Let’s have some fun playing music together!
