Events › The Joy of Jewish Music and Dance

This is a fully participatory moving cultural experience for all ages! Participants explore a wide range of Jewish music and dance styles—including older North African communities such as Yemenite and Ethiopian. Sephardic (the Jews of old Spain), Yiddish traditions of Eastern Europe and the golden gems of classic Israeli folk dance—all through movement, music, and storytelling. No prior dance experience is required; everyone is encouraged to move, laugh, and engage at their own comfort level.
