Joy Division is greatness. Unknown Pleasures is greatness. If you don't love this, there is something clearly wrong with your ears.

One of the best post-punk bands to surface from the Manchester, UK music scene, Joy Division was the impetus for the early to later 80's Gothic music genre. The frontman for the group (Ian Curtis) created an etherial presence reminiscent of the late Jim Morrison, but on a more darker scale. A must-have for all gloom & doom / goth aficionatos, as well as viewers fo the seminal bio-pic of Ian Curtis "Closer".

The first Joy Division album, and one of the most amazing records ever made. They were short lived, but their influence is still felt today. Joy Division may be the greatest band ever. Listen to the entire catalog! NOW!
