Having had cheese move a few times in my life I appreciated this book. One of the best management training courses I had was the One Minute Manager and this one could have been beneficial as well!

I saw this while browsing with a friend. I commented on the title and he suggested I read it. There was a lot of great advice in it, he said, and it helped him cope with changes in his life. He was correct. It was simple and wise. I read it twice in 90 minutes (it's very short) so I could get more out of the allegory. It certainly causes one to pause and contemplate on many things, identify with various situations and characters, and make a decision or two. Recommended.

Surprisingly insightful, despite the somewhat corny title (yes, I deliberately avoided saying "cheesy title"). Easy to understand the concepts presented and you really could reread the book several times and walk away with a different and valuable idea of how to approach change in your life with each reading.

“Who Moved My Cheese?” by Spencer Johnson is a story about mice, cheese and little people. It might seem like a light story, but if you look deeper into it, it teaches a lesson that’s important in everyone’s life. This story shows how to prepare for change so you can detach from the old way of doing things and adapt to the new.

This book is for everyone, adults, children, teens. It will help you to realize when your cheese has moved so you can move with it (you have to read the book to know what I mean).

I do like this book, because the story really boosts your confidence, when you realize change happens to everyone and you can handle it in a positive way. The author wrote the book as a story within a story. I liked the middle section about the mice, cheese and little people, but the beginning and end are unnecessary as they are just stating obvious ways that this can be incorporated to one’s life.

This book is aimed at adults dealing with job losses and business downturns. There is another version for teens called “Who Moved My Cheese for Teens” by the same author, Spencer Johnson. However, I think teens would get a lot out of this book if the teen version is not available.

With change occurring in our lives every day, it’s important we know how to handle change when it happens.

The story of Sniff, Scurry, Hem and Haw is an important one. What will happen when your cheese moves? I recommend this book for everyone.

Life is dynamic, constantly changing, circumstances are dynamic, changing even though you may not be aware of changes. This book shows you the how's and the why's and what you can & should do to keep up & stay fresh in a constantly changing world. I was introduced to this book in graduate school. It is a classic! Thank you Dr. Spencer.
