Based on the biggest loser tv programs. This is great if you are overweight and need to get into exercise or have been working out for a while. If you are already fit, it's okay but not particularly demanding. It will keep your heart-rate up.
Please note that you will need an exercise band (preferable one with handles), a mat, and something to step onto (step stool, strong crate, etc.) for this program.

Jillian Michaels gives a good circuit training workout and def good for beginners or those who need some structure for their workouts. The only down side is that she doesn't do a cool down or stretch. Nice that I was able to break up the 6 circuits into 3 at a time as my toddler doesn't allow me the full amount of time! ;) overall good workout and have started seeing some results!
