Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End was, once again, a very good movie. It flawlessly continued from the events of the second movie, and created yet another eventful and interesting story line. The animated parts looked very real, and all of the actors portrayed their character very believably. There were some more solemn parts in this film; however, Jack Sparrow, as always, did a great job at counteracting them with his humour. Overall, I would definitely recommend this movie, along with all of the other Pirates of the Caribbean films, as they are funny, meaningful and full of action! 4/5

Pirates of the Caribbean series is wonderful for nearly 13 hours of binge watching (much more if one cares to check out the bonus features.) This is the last installment in the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy:
The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003) 2h 23m ★★★★½
Dead Man's Chest (2006) 2h 31m - ★★★★
At World's End (2007) 2h 49m - Every characters from its prequels reassemble for again with the Captain of The Empress Sao Feng (Chow Yun-fat.) There are lots of grounds to cover and many appreciative special effects. The human face of Davy Jones (Bill Nighy) was also revealed for a short interval.
Two more add-ons are:
On Stranger Tides (2011) 2h 17m
Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017) 2h 33m

The story line is good to follow, but it seemed crammed together. It's a good watch to follow the main character's journey throughout this series.

Was one of my favorite movies for a few reasons... the AMAZING soundtrack by Hans Zimmer. Which is by far his best soundtrack. And it's action scenes. Also, if the movie was shorter, I don't think it would be as good as it already is. Also, I don't see how people think the movie is confusing. It's really not

So sad. I can't believe they ended Will and Elizabeth's story like this :(

So fun! Great special effects.

A good entry in the series but about 30 minutes too long. It could have been tightened up a lot. Effects were astounding.

The third Pirates of the Caribbean is a very good movie and is one of the best that they've made so far. I'm looking forward to the release of the 5th Pirates of the Caribbean.

Very sad, compared to the other movies. The best one of the series. Not for young kids. Very, very heart-wrenching at times. But it had a good ending, esp. when you know that Will doesn't have to go back to sea after 10 years because Elizabeth is faithful to him:) Everybody was at their best in this one. Jack was awesome, as always:P Elizabeth wasn't stuck up and silly any more, and Will was plain perfect:)

Well done! I liked it a lot!

158 items posted in IMDb... thanks a ton to contributors. The large volume of quotes are not because of the film's longer run time but the script is super:
