Making school funny again!

This latest in Dial?s series of riddle books is full of stuff kids just can?t learn in school. No textbook has the answers to these jokes; no teacher can offer assistance. Kids are strongly encouraged to share their work with others, and the more talking, giggling, and answering out of turn, the better. One tip: If desperate for a hint, illustrations by Elwood H. Smith make for a hilarious cheat sheet.

Baker & Taylor
A compilation of school-themed riddles features such humorous questions and answers as "When you're having trouble with math, what can you always count on for help? Your fingers" and "Why is 6 afraid of 7? Because seven ate nine."

I read this to my 5yr-old nephew. He absolutely loved it, but I think he will enjoy it more when he is about 7. Lots of puns that I had to explain because his vocabulary is, well, that of a 5yr-old.
