Badly reproduced DVD (don't believe it was my panasonic blu-ray player) with very poor audio. Message is how the Japanese Emporer declared himself as a mere mortal like any man and chose peace to end the fight with Americans in the final days of World War II. unlike Stalin and Hilter who chose the dealth of their people over peace instead.
