I really enjoyed this book because even if some of it is a bit dated it is timeless advise for dealing with people. I actually like the "old school" feel of the writing and stories.

This book is one of those you should just buy and read periodically. Great book full of solid advice built on respectable principles. I would highly encourage everyone to read this.

A common sense, easy-to-read and light-hearted guide to interacting with others. Certain recommendations seem like basic reiterations of what most already know, but the examples that Carnegie uses really make his points interesting and hit home. Recommended for all individuals, teenage and up.

This book was originally written in 1937, and is therefore no longer subject to copyright protection. What a shame that this ebook has DRM!

Good advice for success in the business world, but maybe not for personal life. Faking enthusiasm and withholding honest opinions doesn't lead to authentic friendships.

A must-read for anyone.

Extremely helpful and teaches you how to manage people, and none of it is farfetched I have utilized various lessons almost immediately after learning them.

In reference to his taking the course which taught all the principles this book is based upon, none other than Mr. Warren Buffett has said, "...(it's) the most important degree that I have." This is coming from a man who has a Master of Science in economics from Ivy League school, Columbia.

This book should be taught in all high schools. The principles taught in this book are far more valuable, and useful than many things students are taught, but will never remember,

I highly recommend this book.
