Excellent movie! Maybe the movie should have been called "Sins of the Father" I believe there's another movie called "Warrior" This was such a great movie! Seemed like the brothers had so much anger pinned up inside them because of their past with their father, very sad! But then later I felt bad for the Father too, he was trying to repent but it wasn't easy. His sons really had no forgiveness for him! Heartbreaking & yet heart warming! Seems like no matter what happens - family is family - you can love them or leave them!

I might have only accidentally watched this one for a second time after a number of years. I put it on a watch list after it turned up as free under Prime. But no; this one pulled me back in a manner similar to Narcissus; it was so moving he simply could not resist another look.
Fists and feelings, fame and family. A tale as old as time, or at least old enough to be an ancient antecedant of Cain and Abel.
Is it flawless? I don't know, I'm too flawed myself. And absolutely floored.

Mixed martial arts is not my favorite thing, but watching Tom Hardy and the rest of this great cast including McNulty moved me deeply and literally, from the edge of my seat to the bathroom to grab some tissues. Don’t miss it.

Wow. Amazing acting, compelling story line and fight scenes that will leave you on the edge of your seat. MMA now has its "Rocky."

Warrior is a 2011 American sports/drama movie based around two antagonized brothers who enter a mixed martial arts tournament and end up not only building upon their relationship but also their own lives. The movie Warrior is a great film to watch in my opinion. It is composed of action packed, drama filled, and comedic scenes. Throughout the entire movie, I was amused, kept wanting to watch and find out what was going to happen next. I personally found this very enjoyable because of the amount of action/fighting it had. Also, the drama and the build up towards the MMA tournament provided the movie with a type of contrast between the violence and drama. I was very happy with the actors because they played the character roles very well. I rate this movie a 9.5/10 and I recommend this movie to all 16 year olds and older that find action/drama movies interesting.

Emotional, epic and brutally violent, the Warrior stands as one of the greatest sport movies ever made due to spectacular acting, great story, and gut wrenching fight scenes.

Tom Hardy is a beast, and an outstanding actor. He was matched well here with Joel Edgerton, but especially with craggy, leather-faced Nick Nolte as the man who damaged him almost beyond repair. Good film, written straight from the gut.
