I'm a reluctant fan of this series, but it is quite good. Good, intriguing mysteries set in engaging locations.

The quality of this series remains rock-steady and top-notch. Great characters and terrific writing. And what a *perfect* final note to end the season! FIVE STARS.

Murdoch Mysteries --- DVD --- Season Five
Yummy, yummy: a whole season of MM in one package. There goes the weekend. There’s an Egyptian mummy with a curse; Murdock crosses paths with Dan Steel and Jack London in the Yukon; there’s a scam involving time travel and guest appearances of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. What’s not to enjoy?

A remarkable series set in turn of the century Toronto. There's an interesting good guy, Det. Murdoch, and his supporting cast, all well thought out and strongly acted characters. There's something for everyone here--mysteries, comic relief, and information on science discovered or developed during the era.

This a delightful series with a steampunk CSI feel, set in Victorian era Canada.

I am so happy to find this at the Library the day after Amazon removed it from the Prime Video list.
