One hundred and twenty-five years is a long time to nurse a crush. That's how long it's been since Beth Argenis first met Cullen "Scotty" MacDonald and he instantly became the star of her most X-rated dreams. Back then, he was rescuing her from a Rogue Immortal. Now Beth's a Rogue Hunter--a damn good one. She doesn't need saving anymore, despite what Scotty thinks. What she does need is the fierce, wild desire that finally erupts between them. Scotty has hesitated to claim Beth as his own. But one explosive kiss confirms what he's long suspected: She's his life mate. But Beth is tough, fearless, beautiful...and in immortal danger. Unless he wants to lose her forever, he'll have to rethink everything he once believed about love and destiny as well as confront an enemy who's terrifyingly close.--Provided by Publisher.

While Scotty knows that Beth is his life mate, he is not ready to claim her. He can't seem to stay away from her and want to keep her out of danger, but has not claimed her in over a hundred years. When someone wants Beth dead, Scotty and the other immortals try to find out who it is after her, while keeping her safe. Scotty has to decide when and if he is going to claim Beth as his life mate, then he better do it soon because Beth is not going to wait around forever.

Love her books and this one is a bit different and quite good. Liked the characters and the way the story built to conclusion. You will enjoy this one for sure.

My 2nd time to read Immortally Yours, as I loved it and wish it had been much longer. I really loved the character of Cullen "Scotty" MacDonald-- Lucian Argeneau's UK equal-- and enjoyed his sense of humor, and his compassion. His only "mistake" was not making Beth Argenis his lifemate 125 years ago. Beth's a fun character, as well, and I loved how a "minor" character, Donny --a new Enforcer-- reacted to caffeine...very funny. I loved a minor character, Kira --a future Enforcer-- but her father, Athanasios Sarka --who doesn't appear in the novel, but also whom Beth nicknamed "Mr. Deathhead"-- mentioned as the leader of the Russian Immortal Council, sounded like a combination of Andropov, Vlad the Impaler, and Putin -- to me, very much like a Rogue--, so I pitied the people of Russia.
