Abby has been invited Penny’s house to spend the afternoon with her friends Robin and Frankie and Penny (who is not really a friend). Penny is bossy and not very nice to Abby. During the visit at Penny’s house, Frankie falls into a mysterious hole and the rest of the girls follow to try and save her. They find themselves in the story of Alice in Wonderland. The girls are chased by the Queen’s cards, they are tricked by a different white rabbit and they attend a wacky tea party with the Mad Hatter. Abby and her friends are caught by the Red Queen and she puts them on trial. The girls are scared of the Queen and worry that she will find them guilty. The friends can’t seem to figure out how to get out of Wonderland. While Abby loves the story of Alice in Wonderland, she doesn’t want to be stuck here forever.

I read this before I read the rest! It's alright.
Journey down the rabbit hole with Abby and her friends, Frankie, Robin and Penny. This was fast-paced, super fun, retelling of Alice in Wonderland filled with plenty of girl/friend drama. A few good lessons intertwined throughout, such as compassion, and finding the good in others….even those we think we don’t like!

Another great book in this series. I did miss Jonah though. A flying ketchup bottle and he was not there to see it.
