Cram ten hormonal teens into a spaceship and blast off: that's the premise for the ill-conceived reality show Waste of Space. The kids who are cast know everything about drama--and nothing about the fact that the production is fake.

This was a fun, face-paced read. I love multi-media formatting, and this novel did it exceptionally well. There were moments where I laughed out loud--like, within the first few chapters. Damico also handled the large cast well. Some characters were flat out of necessity, but most of them had layers and dimensions that we discovered as the book progressed.
The ending...*sigh*. There were some plot lines left unresolved--or resolved in an unsatisfactory manner. I was left feeling a little melancholy. Yet I wouldn't want a sequel. It's not a everyone-gets-what-they-deserve ending, but it was still good.
