A beautiful story about a father and son forced to move from their beloved house, due to gentrification of their neighborhood. A lovely story about having to move on from things that are dear to us and how to keep memories alive. Bonus- make sure to read the album covers that they dance to! EX: "Corn in the USA" :)

This book is a top choice for 2020 according to Publishers Weekly.

A story showing a single parent family who have to cope with housing problems. Their landlord sells their dear house to developers and they are forced to move. The story shows a loving relationship where the father shows his son great coping skills.
