Based on the biggest loser tv programs. This is great if you are overweight and need to get into exercise or have been working out for a while. If you are already fit, it's okay but not particularly demanding. It will keep your heart-rate up. Please note that you will need an exercise band (preferable one with handles), a mat, and something to step onto (step stool, strong crate, etc.) for this program.
