I'm not sure why this book didn't capture me. Objectively, it's fine. There are twists. I didn't see them all coming. Possibly because some of them weren't really set up; they just happened. The main one was earned but the rest felt kind of random. I think it also frustrated me that the missing girl wound up somewhat tangential to the story. I was expecting her to be a main focus, and she really wasn't.
Book was fine. Would probably read something else by this author. Wouldn't bother rereading this though.
