I just read this book for the second time, and thoroughly enjoyed it! A lively, engrossing, and powerful continuation of the lives and themes from the previous two books, One Crazy Summer, and P.S. Be Eleven. Loved it. This book touches on histories of race and racism not always addressed in YA lit, so some youth/tweens may benefit from further discussion with parents and/or research about issues raised.
