I wish that every economist wrote this well. Physically, the pages are small, the print is large, and it reads quickly but that does not detract from the story. Jo Nesbo can write a story that, no matter how foreign the landscape or the people, it sucks you in. Once in, you feel like you are present in the landscape and know the people that he has created. It's like traveling for free. Postscript: This has nothing to do with economic theory or Harry Hole but that's OK.
